Experiencing a problem with placing Sample Orders? Difficulties logging in? Please use the information below to help you find a solution.

 

ONS sample orders may be placed by fax or post. Our fax and postal order form is available to download here.

If you would like to sample anything from our pre-thickened range, please click here.

 

If you are experiencing problems with using our sample order system, please first contact your IT Department for technical support.

If a resolution cannot be found, you may place sample orders using our Fax & Mail Order Form.

If you do not have a fax machine, or are unable to post, please contact our Resource Centre for further assistance.
